As an engineer-in-training (EIT) with our Water team, Hailey brings her academic background in chemical engineering with a focus in water quality and treatment, and more specifically, lead control. Her background and skills lend well to projects involving water quality monitoring, treatment plant assessments, and optimization studies.
Hailey has supported various projects spanning the project life cycle—water quality and treatment studies, comprehensive performance evaluations, class environmental assessments, conceptual design development, condition inspection, and asset management. Her problem-solving skills and attention to detail support her successful project work. Recently, she’s taken on the role of assistant project manager for several small projects in Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys reading, growing flowers and vegetables in her garden, and exploring new trails with her husband and her exuberant dog, Hank.
