A civil engineer, François has 20 years of experience in the transportation and urban development sector, both as a manager and as a project engineer. As a regional leader, he leads a team of more than 400 professionals in the transportation in Quebec.
François is recognized for his unifying leadership and his strong spirit of collaboration, which allow him to develop committed and efficient teams. He contributed to the success of many large-scale projects such as the redevelopment of downtown Laval and the La Vérendrye preparatory study for the Turcot Interchange Reconstruction project.
Involved in his community, François is a hockey and baseball coach for his son's teams.
