As a principal transportation planner and team leader for our Perth Transportation Planning team, Shannon is dedicated to creating people-focused places and keeping active transportation at the top of mind on every project. An accredited Healthy Streets provider and member of the Westcycle Transportation and Advocacy Advisory Group, she advocates for equitable, safe streets and access to active transportation. She enjoys bringing diverse perspectives to project challenges and uses lessons from past projects to make informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.
Combining her expertise and passions, Shannon works on a range of multidisciplinary projects. A recent example is the delivery of an access study for the Fremantle Harbours Master Plan, which includes parking management and vehicle entry with a focus on how people will access the area.
A retired triathlete, you’ll occasionally find Shannon out cycling—but more likely spending time in the garden with her chickens, walking her dog, or crafting ceramics.
