Josh is a civil engineer who specializes in civil and site development and project management throughout Charleston and the South Carolina Lowcountry. His expertise and strengths encompass design, permit acquisition, bidding, and construction administration. He’s worked on a diverse range of projects for industrial, municipal, educational, institutional, residential, commercial site development, and recreational facilities clients.
In his over 20 years of experience, Josh is most proud of the projects that provide spaces for the public to enjoy. Some of these projects include as Hutchinson Square, Moncks Corner Regional Recreation Complex, and the award-winning Stono River County Park.
When he isn’t busy solving complex problems or navigating Charleston’s multifaceted permitting arena, Josh serves as a member of the Goose Creek Planning Commission. He also volunteers as a coach for Goose Creek’s U16 and U13 soccer teams.
