Working in a double role, Charlotte is a member of our Soil and Excavation team. As an advisor for the soil team, she specializes in the Dutch Soil Protection Act and the regulations that come with it. Additionally, she serves as a quality and compliance manager for our Underground Infrastructure group, where she monitors the quality of our products and implements policy changes as needed to improve quality across all services.
Charlotte is known as a fun and hard-working team member. An active participant in office activities, she is a member of Women@Stantec. One of her proudest achievements in that role was organizing a clothing drive that brought together from colleagues across the country for Dress for Success. This charity is now—thanks to Charlotte and her colleagues’ efforts—connected to all of our offices in the Netherlands.
Charlotte is an avid reader, runner, and French student. She loves trying out new things. Especially truly adventurous ones like rappelling from the tallest building in Rotterdam, the Euromast.
