A chartered structural engineer, Tom has over 20 years of experience in successful project delivery. From initial concept to detailed design and construction, his background spans the residential, commercial, refurbishment, defense, industrial, student accommodation, and education sectors.
Tom has managed new build and structural refurbishment projects including a multiphase urban regeneration project comprising nine blocks across four build phases. He also worked on a newly built London office space with complicated piling through basement slabs above a main Thames Water trunk sewer. Additionally, he provided structural engineering and below-ground drainage design services as part of a 10-year construction works program to upgrade British Army accommodations and facilities.
When he isn’t leading projects, Tom enjoys being with his family, renovating his house, and going to the gym.
