With over 20 years in the industry, Steve has experience with land planning, environmental planning and permitting, and general consulting throughout Nevada. His experience also includes urban development, transportation planning, environmental planning, flood control planning, and public outreach.
Steve provides oversight of land development projects including reviewing development plans for code compliance and plan consistency, and development application representation. He has a thorough knowledge of compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 compliance as well as federal and state air quality requirements. Steve also analyzes building and development codes, master plans, state and federal statutes, legal documents, and public policy documents and regulations.
Outside of work, Steve is a father to two beautiful children who keep him busy full time. He also enjoys welding, fabrication, and writing music with his brother.
