A member our Mining group, Arlen has 15 years of geology, geotechnical, and earthworks construction field experience. He applies his detail oriented and highly developed skillset in both project management and field operations to projects in the energy and mining industries. Arlen is dedicated to working safely and inspiring field teams to do the same.
For nearly a decade, Arlen has worked on a major oil sands operations support project. Currently the project manager, he started on the project as a technologist before moving on to team lead and then site supervisor. He has developed a solid understanding of the project and built a strong relationship with the client and our entire field team.
Outside of work, Arlen enjoys spending time with his family, from helping his wife out at their restaurant to spending time with their two young children. He can also be found cheering on his favorite sports teams, biking around the area, or hitting the slopes.
