As a chartered town planner with over 10 years of experience, Mark has worked on a wide variety of projects from major mixed-use developments to small-scale residential schemes. His extensive understanding of planning policies at both national and local levels, coupled with his strong project management skills, has helped him in a delivering successful projects.
Mark has been instrumental in key projects at the University of Reading’s Thames Valley Science Park, overseeing the creation of a TV studio and the award-winning Shinfield Studios. His involvement included preparing and submitting applications, addressing planning conditions and obligations, and engaging with the local council.
When he isn’t consulting on his latest planning project, Mark enjoys watching and playing sports. He is a supporter of Reading FC and a Formula 1 fan. He also likes to spend time with his family including watching every kid’s program under the Moon with his daughter and son.
