Based in the Pune office for more than a decade, Shreya is a structural engineer who has recently taken on a role as our Rnet Asia Pacific lead.
As an integrated global working specialist, Shreya is responsible for facilitating and coordinating seamless collaboration and communication across our teams in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Pune. She works closely with leadership to develop strategies, processes, and frameworks to deliver effective integration and alignment of diverse remote teams operating in different locations and time zones.
Within the Pune office, Shreya plays a critical role in promoting cross-cultural understanding, optimizing workflows, and fostering a continuous learning approach for Pune to be a cornerstone of our operating strategy.
