As part of the Leeds planning leadership team, Nick directs various management tasks and takes an active role in business development. His project experience ranges from smaller scale commercial development through to strategic housing and employment land promotion, green belt development, and major renewable energy schemes.
One of Nick’s current projects includes ongoing work to deliver the Aire Park project in Leeds, a major city center regeneration site that will provide significant economic, environmental, and social benefits in the heart of the city. He has also been instrumental in successfully promoting a major employment site in the East Midlands, taking the site from initial appraisal and conception and through the local plan process.
When he isn’t working on his latest planning effort, Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially with his two young boys who keep him on his toes! He’s also a keen (albeit less talented than keen) cricketer and has even managed a game or two at Headingley stadium.
