With more than 20 years of experience in the field of transportation infrastructures, Philippe ensures the risk and quality management of large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada. He’s appreciated for his technical expertise as well as his active participation and his global vision of projects.
Passionate about building the future of our communities, Philippe is involved in development and fulfillment of major projects like public-private partnerships, design-builds, and other alternative modes. He led the independent engineering team during the construction of the new Samuel-de Champlain Bridge, one of the largest infrastructure projects in North America. More recently, Philippe also led the team that carried out the preliminary design of the future Île d'Orléans cable-stayed bridge, an emblematic structure in Quebec. A committed engineer and manager, he actively collaborates in the development and maintenance of our team’s renowned expertise in infrastructure.
An avid backcountry skier and mountain biker, Philippe enjoys sharing his passion for sport and the outdoors with his family.
