Lesley started her career as an oceanographer, conducting fieldwork and data analysis at sea across the globe, as well as delivering papers and presentations on results. She later left academia to join the water sector, working with Ofwat, the economic regulator for England and Wales. She was involved with the price review (PR) for both 2019 and 2024 (PR19 and PR24) and contributed to the annual water company performance reports.
Since joining our UK Water group as a principal consultant, Lesley has been busy exploring opportunities for our advisory services and helping clients comply with regulatory requirements.
When she isn’t supporting and developing innovative approaches and ideas to address current water sector challenges, Lesley loves to travel to far off and obscure locations. She has also recently taken on the grueling challenge of training for a triathlon.
