Gary enjoys the process of seeing something built up from nothing—transforming a thought bubble into a 3D model, onto paper, built, and then actually up and running. He’s applied this process across many sectors including commercial, power, hydrocarbons, and mining.
In his role as a lead structural designer, Gary delivers engineering design, drafting, and integrated 3D models. He also provides guidance and management of drafting resources for multidisciplinary, national, and international engineering teams and design and drafting teams. In addition to design and drafting, he has worked on the development of project control procedures, design and drafting protocols and procedures, document naming, and numbering procedures with document life cycle protocols.
When he isn’t busy with all things drafting and design, Gary enjoys motorcycling and four-wheel-drive (4WD) camping with his family. He’s also heavily involved in road and velodrome cycle racing as an official and AusCycling National Level Commissaire (referee).
