Rebecca is passionate about connecting people with possibilities. She leverages her expertise in business development, government relations, and business analysis to build trusted partnerships that foster creative solutions for clients. Over the last 25 years, she’s developed strong business alliances in the public and private sectors.
In her role as business developer for our Transportation sector, Rebecca draws on her training to inform her work. She’s a certified professional business developer with the Business Development Guild, a certified ambassador emeritus with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), and a certified Arizona economic development professional (AZED Pro) with the Arizona Association of Economic Development.
Dedicated to giving back, Rebecca can frequently be found out in the community volunteering for her favorite charities. She achieved lifetime status as a Blue Blazer Squadron member and is actively engaged with the Fighter Country Foundation in support of the families of Luke Air Force Base.
