Working on water and wastewater treatment facilities, he optimises safety, resilience, and sustainability through expert planning and design. Simultaneously, Chunlong ensures everything runs smoothly—he manages the interfaces of multidisciplinary projects and supports easy transitions between project phases.
Through extensive local and overseas experience, Chunlong thoroughly understands how to develop creative and productive solutions tailored to each client’s needs. When it comes to problem-solving, he enjoys turning big-picture goals into concrete actions and positive outcomes—a skillset reflected in his success as a project manager. Chunlong is proud of his preliminary design for the Waikato Water Treatment Plant Waste Management Upgrade, where he recommended operational improvements and minor capital works that both saved millions and significantly reduced carbon emissions.
Outside the office, Chunlong is into all things DIY, from renovating his home to making toys for his daughter.
