Eric is a construction manager with over 30 years in the industry who maintains a Class A builder’s license. He has extensive experience in development, construction, and design management. He’s skilled at cost planning, cost estimating, and quantity surveying.
Along with his strong contractual and administrative understanding and experience, Eric brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills to the projects he works on. He’s passionate about implementing new technologies and construction methods to provide more cost effective and efficient projects, to both the developer and end user.
When he isn’t managing projects, Eric enjoys mountain biking, four-wheel driving, and camping. On weekends, you’ll generally find him either renovating his house, riding around the Stromlo mountain bike park, or out traveling and camping in new places.
