An open workspace for a high-profile, non-profit organization—ONE Campaign—helps them better serve their noble cause
ONE—an international campaigning and advocacy organization—leads action to end extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa. They work by raising public awareness and liaising with political leaders. Co-founded by Bono, ONE champions investments in agriculture and nutrition and demands greater transparency from governments so they will be accountable to their citizens.
ONE wanted to create a workplace that would encapsulate the organization’s core mission, work culture, and brand while consolidating staff and increasing efficiency.
The new headquarters is completely open with no private offices. This strategy increased collaboration and visibility across all groups, resulting in a more efficient and effective workspace. Now, the office features nearly two dozen meeting and collaborative spaces of varying sizes, functions, and layouts.
With this reimagined office, space requirements were reduced by 33 percent, and ONE’s work culture is more clearly expressed, helping ONE better serve important causes in the world.
