Cooper University Hospital wanted to deliver additional acute services and prepare for future program development. Their plan? Shell space, modernizations, and upgrades. That meant renovations to their existing campus and the construction of a new pavilion.
Our people handled project management during construction including all construction administration activities on the owner’s behalf. They worked closely with Cooper University Hospital to facilitate time-sensitive project decisions, making sure that the overall project schedule wasn’t jeopardized.
Across ten floors and a basement, the new pavilion includes a clinical laboratory, cardiology functions, relocated and expanded areas of the surgical suite, intensive care units, and medical/surgical units. The main floor houses business areas, resource areas, a café, a gift shop, and more.
Services for the Cooper University Hospital - The Roberts Pavilion project were provided by members of Granary Associates prior to their employment with Stantec.
