The redesign of Morrison Brown's office creates a more efficient use of space, and introduces open-plan workspace, collaborative areas, much coveted natural light, and sweeping views of the surrounding neighborhood and Biscayne Bay.
Drawing inspiration from the views of the Bay, we chose a palette of soft and soothing earth tones. Rift cut oak and stone-clad walls create a refined and contemporary setting that capture MBAF’s culture and identity. The space relocates smaller glass front offices to the interior, dedicating a third of the perimeter windows to workstations, allowing natural light to penetrate throughout and re-energizing the new workspace. Bench-style workstations increase flexibility for the Firm’s mobile workforce, and eliminate wasted space.
