How many students can the current campus support? What changes are necessary to accommodate the needs of future students? What impacts to enrollment would occur if the university made strategic land acquisitions? These were the questions our academic planning experts were hired to answer.
A thorough facility assessment and space utilization study at Saint Joseph’s University enabled our team to understand how the institution was delivering education and where obstacles for growth would occur. We then collaborated with faculty and staff to determine a right-sized campus model. New classroom standards and recommendations regarding potential schedule changes that would positively impact the campus wide utilization rate were made. This new data was then used to test growth scenarios on campus and evaluate the potential return on investments associated with viable property acquisitions. The final plan was delivered in an interactive iPad format.
