When Thomas Jefferson University Hospital wanted to open a comprehensive, off-site facility for breast care and preventative medicine, they looked for nearby opportunities to make it happen. Their plan? Renovate an existing satellite office.
We designed the renovations to the basement, third, and fourth floors of that satellite office. The basement was converted into screening, MRI, and mammography areas. The third floor houses a patient education center and offices for multidisciplinary healthcare providers. The fourth floor has diagnostics.
With these renovations, this underused hospital office space got a new lease on life as a state-of-the-art breast care diagnostic and treatment center.
