Over the last several years, Treliant Risk Advisors has experienced a substantial upsurge in New York-based operations. In response to this growing demand, the firm had to expand its compliance, risk management, and strategic advisory services while providing space for a newly hired team of operational specialists. Treliant approached us to develop a workspace that supports the wide range of client services, extends access to prospective talent, and advocates for emerging financial technology in the Metropolitan area.
The challenge was planning for sustainability as much as functionality. Treliant intended to hire more employees, so we had to design a workspace able to support the firm’s flexibility and growth. By developing separated work spaces, we provided the versatility to work independently or in groups. We designated open and private offices, various conference rooms, and informal collaboration areas to support all operations and clients demands.
Completed in 2016, Treliant’s new headquarters empowers the firm with the New York presence they desired. The modern architecture and contemporary hardwood finishing prosper in the presence of natural light, and the division of space provides Treliant with the functionality it needs to succeed.
