Behind every great development project is a great system of utilities and roads. One example is Trinity Groves. A master-planned development located across the Trinity River from Downtown Dallas, Trinity Groves offers restaurants, retail, hotels, and housing all on 80 acres (32 hectares) of a distinct infill-development site.

To help make this unique entertainment district accessible and appealing for the community, our team designed roadway improvements for Herbert and Amonette Street and a new roadway alignment for Akron Street. Each of these roadways was completely reworked to match the roadway sections proposed in the West Dallas Planned Development. We also designed the storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, and franchise-utility lines for the entire site including gas, electric, and telephone.

Working closely with multiple partners (e.g., City of Dallas, Atmos, AT&T), we made sure Trinity Groves had all the supporting systems necessary to be a great destination.
