When collaborating on a luxury high-rise project, our team believes the quality is in the detail.
The team was going for the upscale look in its design for the Weslayan Tower, a 40-story, multi-family, mixed-use project in inner Houston. Our work resulted in a high-quality building that boasts a restaurant, retail shops, and luxury apartments. This LEED certified project also features concrete parking and driveways, a parking garage, City of Houston water and sewer connections, on-site stormwater detention, and underground storm drainage and stormwater detention. To further enhance the building’s clean and elegant look, we buried the overhead power, telephone, cable, and fiber optic lines. For the underground dry-utility part of our design, we used a pair of parallel duct banks that crossed a total of more than 200 existing buried utility lines.
With all this attention to detail, we were able to help our client create a place at 2929 Weslayan that ultimately respects the established upscale nature of the neighborhood and reflects the growing appreciation for quality in today’s market.
