Once upon a time, when phones were strictly for calls, digital cameras had limited storage space, and advanced technology was simply out of reach due to cost, Ben Kortlever—a new environmental professional to the industry—had no option but to hand write his field records and file his notes manually.
Now almost 18 years later, Ben can enjoy the paperless approach and give more time to providing innovative solutions to critical and challenging issues on site due to our evolving technology.
