As the mining industry changes, so too must the way we extract, process and transport mined materials. Stantec’s Samantha Espley took part in Engineers Australia’s Thought Leaders Series to discuss how the mining industry are adopting more sustainable mineral processing methods – through increasing efficiency of processing systems, replacing traditional energy sources with greener alternatives, reducing waste, and reusing water.
