The new Gold Coast Aquatic Centre offers a swimming complex that can hold 10,000 seated spectators. Our challenge? To deliver an acoustic design with minimal noise during an event. Close collaboration with the architect saw a tailor-made acoustic wall implemented to manage noises from large crowds without disrupting the community or causing a nuisance to residents.
