Stantec opens a new office in Parramatta
A new office unites Stantec’s multidisciplinary teams and reaffirms its commitment to existing and prospective clients within the Greater Western Sydney region.

Stantec has renewed its longstanding commitment to supporting the growth and development of Western Sydney with a move to a modern new office space in the heart of Parramatta.
Located on Phillip Street in Sydney’s fast-growing ‘second CBD’, the office will strengthen Stantec’s continued service to clients across the Community Development, Infrastructure, Transport, Water, Environment and Geosciences, and Buildings sectors.
The new office is also a win for the region’s employment, with the majority of Stantec’s growing team of professional services staff hailing from Greater Western Sydney.
“For decades, Western Sydney has been the epicentre of much of the Community Development work we do," said Christine Miller, operations leader for Community Development in NSW and ACT. “We are committed to growing in this geography and with our newly expanded team we can now offer so many more services to our local clients; from survey to traffic modelling, ecology to structural design, civil engineering design and project management to specialised services in water infrastructure, we can now just about do it all from this spot.”
Following Stantec’s acquisition of Cardno in 2021, our teams are coming together throughout Australia, and this new office grants us a central space in Sydney’s ‘second CBD’ to accommodate new team-members.
