As engineering manager, Gareth is responsible for the safety, sustainability, and engineering quality across all our mining projects in Western Australia.
Over the last 20 years’, Gareth has been part of the fast-paced consultancy world, exposing him to a diverse range of clients spanning a wide variety of projects.
Managing a large, high performing, culturally diverse engineering team has been the most challenging and rewarding experience of Gareth’s career to date. In addition, the technical aspect of mining pit-to-port design work while managing over 200 sustaining capital packages of work has been a highlight.
Outside of work, Gareth is a family man who spends most of his time with his wife and children. They enjoy everything from hiking to virtual reality gaming or spending time at the local gym where they keep themselves fit with martial arts training.
