With more than 30 years in the industry, Matt understands that the most important skill he’s developed is understanding client requirements in-depth and building relationships. He prepares and delivers surveys, which involves scoping survey works and fees, exploring alternative survey options, and managing staff to complete survey works from written engagement right through to delivery.
Matt’s experience spans from small to large projects in rural and urban spaces. His specialty? Cadastral knowledge of complicated and large-scale projects including the Ramsgate 600-unit strata plans and stratum and easement plans for Wynyard Walk, an accessible pedestrian tunnel in Sydney. His favourite project to date was the Rye Park Wind Farm where he provided cadastral advice to the client on rural properties stretching across over 30 kilometres in the area north of Yass, New South Wales.
