Oscar provides data collection, analysis, and modelling for intersections, corridors, and pedestrian infrastructure. He uses microsimulation and strategic models to support planning decisions that deliver value to communities. He believes good transport outcomes start with accurate data and a willingness to dig into the details—especially for public and active transport.
In his role as a transportation modeller, Oscar has contributed to several projects. This includes providing pedestrian modelling for the new Brisbane Olympic Stadium, helping plan infrastructure that will serve generations to come. He is also active in the industry through his involvement in the Emerging Mobility Leaders (EML) program with the Public Transport Association Australia New Zealand (PTAANZ).
Outside work, Oscar is a keen runner, sports fan, and dedicated seeker of the best pastries at his local bakery.
