A chartered professional engineer, Ella works across water supply and sewerage, buildings, transport, and stormwater sectors to maximise the value provided by infrastructure assets to governments and their communities. Ella has assisted government clients across Australia in the development of asset management plans and other asset management system artefacts, renewal programs, regulatory audits, and much more.
Passionate about shaping staff culture, building the next generation of professionals, and expanding the collective capabilities of her profession, Ella leads our Australian Developing Professionals Group and holds leading roles on several external industry committees. In 2021, Engineers Australia recognised Ella as a Queensland finalist for their Young Professional Engineer of the Year award.
Outside of work, Ella explores her innate curiosity and creativity by attending local gigs, ranging from classical music to metal and a few genres in between.
