Reece has more than two decades of experience in transport and has a thorough understanding of project lifecycle including defining issues and developing solutions for his clients. His expertise spans transport planning, engineering design and analysis, with experience delivering large scale transport projects and assignments in Melbourne, regional Victoria, and across Australia.
He has led and completed several projects for transport agencies nationwide, including transport strategies, design projects, corridor planning, congested corridor management and transport corridor planning. Reece often provides expert evidence for both government and private sector clients including on several high-profile transport standing panels.
Active in both industry and his community, Reece is a Fellow and former Chair of the Transport Professionals Association (TPA) and a Certified Engineer (CPEng). Outside of work, he is a Committee Member for his local Australian rules football club.
