Covering two leadership roles—Operations Leader and Project Management & Commercial Leader—means Paul's responsible for delivering water projects and the overall operation of our Australian Water business.
Paul believes water's essential to our communities, whether it's providing drinking water to new communities, treating wastewater, or looking for sustainable ways to re-use treated water.
An all-rounder, he's been involved in all facets of project delivery, from planning and investigation to detailed design and construction. Clients value his strategic decision making around all water networks and wastewater treatment facilities. He enjoys helping clients navigate complex projects, and provides solutions with tangible, long-term community benefits.
He assists water authorities with broad scale planning of capital program management, including prioritisation and justification of capital expenditure through business case development.
Paul spends most of his non-work time maintaining his 6-acre property and running his two girls to all their sports. He's a tragic St Kilda supporter!
