For Alex, every day at work is an opportunity to protect and enhance natural and built environments for a more sustainable future. He leads a diverse team of environmental specialists who deliver quality project outcomes for clients in sectors including resources and energy, transport, community and development, ports, manufacturing, and utilities.
In a more than 25 year career covering a range of disciplines, he’s formed close working relationships with numerous clients through early and extensive consultation with key stakeholders. Taking a holistic approach to design, planning, approvals, implementation, and long-term site maintenance liabilities, Alex helps his team and clients realize the broader impact and opportunities of their work. A highlight of his career is his active involvement in the amalgamation of a national water and environment business and the formation and support of Environmental Working Groups across Australia.
In his down time, Alex enjoys travel adventures and mountain bike riding with his family and friends or working on home and gardening projects.
