Providing leadership to our Queensland Water group, Allan focuses on strengthening client and partner relationships while supporting safe, commercially successful project delivery. Bringing people together around a shared vision is central to his leadership style. He is passionate about developing our future leaders, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, inclusion and continuous learning.
Allan enjoys working with people who challenge his thinking and believes the best outcomes come from diverse perspectives around a common purpose. Prior to joining us, he worked on both the Integrated Engineering Services (IES) Partnership and the Sunwater Engineering and Professional Services Partnership (EPSP). For him, these helped reinforce the importance of relationships and collaboration alongside technical delivery. Leading within these client-side partnerships gave him the opportunity to build capability, strengthen partnerships, and support transformation in engineering service delivery.
In his spare time, Allan enjoys listening to live music, cooking, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
