Mel supports development and client needs for pursuits across all disciplines in our Victorian and South Australian Buildings group. She also coordinates and facilitates business development meetings and corporate functions for our Buildings team in Melbourne.
With a keen desire for people to feel valued, heard, and encouraged, Mel enjoys creating spaces for them to flourish. To do this, she has assumed the role of Victoria and South Australia lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG). The DPG is a network that facilitates events for professionals in early stages of their careers to connect with leadership, peers, professional development opportunities, and local communities. She’s also an active committee member and co-chair of the Victorian Social Club, which runs monthly social events for our Victorian teams.
In her personal life, Mel is a church leader and youth mentor in her local community. As well as valuing her family and friendship circles, in her spare time she’s an avid swimmer and loves watching a Disney movie with popcorn in hand.
