Focused on supporting strategic and statutory planning approvals, Todd works across a range of development and infrastructure projects. As part of our Community Development team, he works closely with clients and project teams to guide strategic decision making, planning pathways and support client engagement.
Todd enjoys being involved in shaping places where people can live, work and play, and values the role planning has in influencing how communities grow and change over time. His work supports placemaking outcomes that prioritise vibrancy, health and equality, with a strong focus on people‑centred environments and long‑term value.
Todd’s work includes active transport, precinct and master planning, and Vision Zero principles. He primarily works with DGL Group, an industrial client delivering end‑to‑end solutions from manufacturing through to recycling, supporting planning approvals for upgrades to assets and facilities across New South Wales.
Outside of work, Todd is a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and safe, welcoming places. He serves as NSW Chair of BuildingPride, working with industry across the property and construction sectors to promote diversity and inclusion.
