Delia is a water treatment and desalination specialist with over two decades of international experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, and desalination projects. She provides technical leadership in process design and innovation, helping clients address complex challenges such as PFAS, climate resilience, and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) through sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
Passionate about solving complex water challenges, Delia loves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create lasting outcomes. Career highlights include the Fujairah II desalination plant in the United Arab Emirates and the Iloilo desalination plant in the Philippines, where she contributed to innovative technologies and patent development. She’s also particularly proud of her role in SEArcularMINE, a pioneering initiative focused on sustainable desalination and resource recovery.
Outside of work, Delia enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
