John plays a key role in delivering infrastructure projects that shape the communities he serves. As a project manager and civil engineer with our NYC Transportation team, he has built extensive experience in transportation and stormwater management initiatives. He’s contributed to projects such as the Bx6 Select Bus Service and citywide green infrastructure programs that enhance mobility and resilience.
With a background in construction management, John takes a practical and strategic approach to project delivery, guiding projects from planning through construction while coordinating across agencies, key parties, and multidisciplinary teams. Known for his collaborative mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions in complex urban environments.
Outside of work, John enjoys traveling the world, weight training, snowboarding, and running—he completed the 2025 NYC Marathon in under four hours!
