Damian is familiar with our mining client’s needs and knows the value behind providing robust practical solutions. He spends his time leading and managing projects for our energy and resources team, from concept design through to inspection—Damian has it covered.
He’s best known for solving tricky brownfield mining challenges and providing multidisciplinary machinery design solutions. He enjoys the multifaceted nature of what he does, ranging from structural, mechanical and process design, through to research and development.
Damian recently worked on the Axle Replacement Inline Unit, a $1.5M project enabling wagon axles to be replaced in just ten minutes - reducing the process from one hour. To Damian, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing his projects come to life and his clients happy with the outcome, especially when it helps to get their employees home safely.
When he’s not designing complex machinery, you’ll find him outdoors doing physical work on his quiet farm
