With over 15 years’ experience, Olivia has a strong technical foundation in civil engineering. Having led both civil and structural technical teams, her strengths lie particularly in highways, drainage and land development projects across the United Kingdom. She supports schemes from early planning through to detailed design and construction, working closely with clients and invested parties to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
Olivia believes in working collaboratively and delivering pragmatic, value-led engineering solutions that support long-term resilience and community benefit. She brings strong expertise in highway and infrastructure design, drainage strategy, flood risk assessment, sustainable drainage systems and earthworks. She’s led the civil engineering delivery of major residential, commercial and industrial developments, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing both technical quality and commercial performance. Her experience also includes navigating complex statutory approvals and advising clients through every stage of project delivery.
