As a senior civil engineering team leader, she focuses her energy on creating infrastructure that will propel the well-being our communities as well as build economic development. For Odine, it’s all about building lasting relationships and collaborating with her team to secure repeat business.
Odine enjoys the variety offered in her role and working with a diverse group of people. Through mentorship, she hopes to encourage the younger generation to explore opportunities and help them navigate challenges. Within the transport industry, as with any other industry, no individual can successfully carry or deliver a project alone, it takes an entire team. Therefore, her best approach to achieving successful outcomes is to build trust and nurture relationships.
