In his position, Bikram leads a team with a portfolio of complex mining initiatives, applying his well-established commercial and project management techniques and policy expertise to deliver exceptional client outcomes and operating efficiency. He drives continuous improvement and effective management of operational areas and is responsible for the successful performance of his team.
Outside of his career managing mining initiatives, Bikram still can’t get enough of rocks—you’ll often find him rock-climbing. He also enjoys cycling and playing cricket.
