An ecologist, Sian has gained a broad knowledge and understanding of multiple surveying techniques for threatened flora and fauna across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. She has assisted with a range of ecological reports for both large- and small-scale projects, undertaking biodiversity technical assessments, impact assessments, EPBC referrals, and strategies.
Recently completing a Master of Science in Communication, Sian has honed her skills in communicating scientific findings and simplifying complex ecological topics to a reach a diverse range of stakeholders.
In her spare time, Sian enjoys roller skating, exploring new places with her friends, and spending time with her dog. She’s also learning to play the ukulele.
