Shayher Group engaged us to deliver building services and sustainability design from conception through construction. Working closely with Plus Studio, Blight Rayner Architecture, and the wider consultant team, we helped shape the project during the early design and development application stages. Our team provided technical advice to guide servicing strategies, building layouts, and glazing and facade optimisation, to establish a strong foundation for the next phases of development. By addressing key infrastructure and sustainability considerations early on, we assisted in reducing future project risks and support a more efficient design process for a project that is well positioned for detailed design and construction.
When complete, 309 North Quay will contribute to a more connected and active city centre with new residences, a landscaped courtyard, and retail and dining experiences centred around a double-height sky restaurant overlooking the city.
