Bowlers Green Apartments, Geelong

Bowlers Green is a mixed-use development on the site of the former Geelong West Bowling Club. It features 60 townhouses and an apartment building which has a public café overlooking the adjacent park. Stantec was asked to provide infrastructure masterplanning and documentation for the entire site.

Our multidisciplinary teams also provided full engineering for the apartment building, which provides 30 apartments over three levels and a single-storey basement plus café, with extensive landscaping and garden beds offering both privacy and a continuation of the adjacent parklands. Stantec worked directly with the nominated contractor who acted as Project Manager on behalf of the client during design and documentation phases.

The upmarket development is expected to revitalise the area for the Geelong West community.
