A new tavern

Market Grounds, Kings Square Perth

Kings Square is a new entertainment area in Perth that is surrounded by commercial office buildings. The opportunity? Room for a business that could provide a comfortable meeting, eating, and socialising spot.

We worked with Market Grounds to ready their space in the existing KS3 building. Our challenge was to integrate the fitout into the existing space. Work included all services as well as acoustics and structural design. We incorporated specialist lighting and extended the mezzanine slab, working closely with the client, architect, builder, and subcontractors to ensure everything was completed on time and within budget.

Now complete, Market Grounds helps provide an elegant tavern experience for Kings Square visitors and workers, especially for an after-work drink on a Friday night.
