Oyster Harbour Development

Oyster Harbour is a unique, community focused land development—the largest single residential land construction in the Great Southern region. DevelopmentWA engaged us from day one to assist with masterplanning and ongoing staging advice, servicing investigations, liaison with authorities, and associated road and services upgrades. We have also provided detailed design, authority approvals, tendering and construction phase services for all stages to date.

Our civil, underground power, and communication design engineers are providing consultancy for the design, documentation, tendering, and construction superintendence of each stage of the project. We also provided design, documentation, contract administration and construction phase services for the installation of a type 90 wastewater pumping station and associated DN200 pressure main to service the development. We’ve been able to service most aspects of this project directly from our local Albany office, giving back to the community we call home.

When complete, this waterfront community will provide up to 2,000 residential homes, abundant open space, and feature protected wetland reserves, fibre to home technology, a local village centre, and a primary school.
